According to the information shared, the incident took place on February 19 during AC repair work in a fourth floor flat when dust from drilling led to a confrontation with residents on the lower floor. The three women from Arunachal Pradesh alleged that the argument escalated into verbal abuse and racial remarks targeting people from the Northeast.

Police intervention followed, and formal procedures were reportedly carried out at the spot. The women have demanded a formal apology, stating that the remarks were directed not only at them but at the wider Northeastern community.

The incident has again raised concerns over racial discrimination faced by people from the Northeast in metropolitan cities, with the victims saying the matter could have been resolved through simple communication instead of escalating further.

His name is Surajit Das. He will call and it will ring once. I will call back and he will cut my calls. Then i will get a msg saying delivery failed since they could not get in touch with me. This has been happening everyday since Wednesday. No help from Shadowfax CC either+

Contacted Nykaa but since product is shipped cancellation option not available. Am told courier partner will be informed to return shipment to warehouse & to not accept shipment if delivery is attempted.The same rider from Shadowfax has been making the “delivery attempt”+

Shadowfax is the worst delivery platform I have encountered.Woke up on Wednesday to 2 missed calls made at 12:14 am & a msg saying delivery attempted but failed since they could not reach me. Who calls so late! Next day rider called and said delivery not possible to my address+
