Busy busy day. Need to get one bike built up to go on the dyno in 48 hours. Also need to get another to rolling on two wheels. Managed to mount the 2nd dry wheel yesterday so should be possible.

Second session on the lathe yesterday and still not caused an accident. Really nice stand bobbin all sorted now :)

Much as I would love to learn how to weld I think I would probably set everything on fire. Watched yesterday as I got some welding done and it is an art. Nicely finished off with the milling machine to get it all flat.

Weight is going down again and despite feeling fragile will be looking to get back in to the gym for the first time in a long time

Another good day for weight loss. Just another month and I should be sub 100 Kg.
That means with a bit of luck I should be sub 90 by March 2026.
