51 casualties associated with #Pakistan's #polio eradication programme were recorded in #KhyberPakhtunkhwa in the past 5 months alone. A majority of these casualties occurred in the province's tribal district, where polio workers say the culture looks at vaccines with suspicion.

Today, February 28th, the HIV JUSTICE WORLDWIDE coalition commemorate #HIV is Not A Crime Awareness Day, as a Global Awareness Day for the first time, under the theme: “You care about ending HIV criminalisation, you just don’t know it yet”.

HIV Is Not A Crime Awareness Day was launched in the US two years ago by HIV JUSTICE WORLDWIDE founding partner, @TheSeroProject, in collaboration with the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation (@ETAForg).
