Oak learners have been busy discovering more about shapes. We hunted for different shapes in the garden and some learners created a fantastic shape rocket. They enjoyed counting down for blast off! 🚀

We've loved developing our jumping skills in Being an Athlete this term. These learners have been practising their jumping in the garden. We saw lots of great take offs and landings! #wfaathletes

We have been discovering what we can create with 10 black dots and exploring different groups that add to total 10. Here we have 6 grapes and 4 cherries and also 5 pairs of whales' eyes. Fantastic home learning! #WFAmathematicians

There has been some brilliant mathematical learning happening at home this week. The children in Oak have been exploring capacity and then challenging themselves to order containers with liquid /objects in them from empty to full. Fantastic ordering skills!
