Today, AHP support workers are coming together to talk all things competency, knowledge and skills. The atmosphere is uplifting, new professional relationships are forming and itβs a great to see so many empowered to share their experiences and make change. @YSTeachingNHS

A great start to the clinical specialist time out day, to continue development of a framework that will provide clear expectation of clinical skills, knowledge, competence, and support professional development and career progression for AHPs @YSTeachingNHS
2) We all wore a sling on our dominant arm and attempted to make and butter a piece of toast. We had a non-slip mat for people to use and discussed how we could also use plate guards.
People were surprised how difficult this simple task suddenly became
