方向性としては正しいと思います。

一方で、ロシアを中国から引き剥がすことも頭に入れておくべきでしょう。

中露分断に向けて、中国に接近するより、ロシアに接近する方が効果的かもしれない。

米国シンクタンクの分析でも、CRINKの協力は中露を軸に強まっているとされています。

最近の動きを見ると、中露を中心としたCRINKの結束が一層強まっているようにも見えます。

かつてキッシンジャーは、中ソ対立を利用して中国との接近を図りました。

今度は逆に、ロシアを中国から引き剥がす戦略に出る可能性もある。

今、日本に必要なのは、冷徹なリアリズムです。

吉田茂が描いたグランド・デザイン。

それは「軽武装・経済優先」の吉田ドクトリンとして、戦後日本を支えてきた。

しかし、国際環境は大きく変化した。パクス・アメリカーナも左右に揺れている。

経済、技術、エネルギー、サプライチェーン、海洋安全保障などなど。

もはや「経済成長に集中し、安全保障は米国に依存する」という戦後の前提だけでは、日本の国益を守れない。

吉田ドクトリンからの脱却、そして次なるグランド・デザインが必要だろう。

ところが、日本人はグランド・デザインを描くのが超苦手。

ならば、50年先を睨んだ「吉田ドクトリン2.0」のアイデアを、世界中から募ってみてはどうか。

そんな試みがあってもいい。

吉田茂に並ぶリアリスト不在。だから、グランド・デザインが描けない。迷走するのは当然のこと。

戦後日本は日米安保条約を結んだ首相吉田茂によりリアリズムを取り戻し、その先に沖縄返還がある。本書では若泉によるこの希代の書の成立に著者自身が深く関わった事実も初めて明かされた。

今必要なのは安全保障の「グランド・デザイン」だという。日本の国際政治学の泰斗の言葉をかみしめたい。

A series of Presidential Oval Office addresses laying out the 47 year history of Iran attacking Americans, killing Americans, supporting terrorist groups to kill American and working consistently to build weapons to bring “death to America” would solidify support for an all out effort to replace the religiously inspired dictatorship which has proven again and again that it can take a tremendous amount of punishment and continue to work toward destroying America. We have to either defeat the Iranian dictatorship or accept a willingness to coexist with Iranian nuclear weapons and missiles capable of destroying our citizens and killing millions. We are at a crossroads and there is not a third choice.

Britain says high readiness forces could be deployed if Belarus and Russia's Kaliningrad try to close the Suwalki Gap .
Suwalki Gap is a narrow Polish-Lithuania land corridor that connects the Baltic states to the rest of NATO.

If Russia and Belarus cut off Baltic states including Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia using the Gap, this make Baltic states lose their only reinforcement route from Poland and rest of NATO.

Closing the gap would test NATO article 5 and declaration of war against the alliance . NATO would also try to isolate Kaliningrad by all means (sea and air operations) from Moscow.

This would be a serious escalation between NATO and Moscow.

La pregunta no es si la guerra empieza mañana. La pregunta que debería acojonarnos es otra:

¿Por qué están preparando a media Europa para asumir psicológica, económica y militarmente que una guerra con Rusia puede ocurrir?

Porque las guerras no empiezan cuando aparece el primer tanque.

Empiezan mucho antes, cuando lo que ayer era absolutamente impensable empieza a parecernos normal.

ロシアが欧州に仕掛けようとしている「偶発事故に見せるハイブリッドな限定的攻撃」は、中国にとっても模倣・応用しやすい作戦コンセプト。

「攻撃」と断定しにくい小さな事象を積み重ね、相手の対応を遅らせながら既成事実を重ねる。

ロシア→欧州で試される手法が、中国→インド太平洋に転用される可能性は、見ておくべきだろう。

🇷🇺 Zdumiewa mnie trwająca debata na temat „wojny hybrydowej”, która uzmysławia mi, że przez ostatnią dekadę większość osób posługiwała się tym pojęciem (często je nadużywając) bez zrozumienia na czym to zjawisko polega.

Część komentatorów ubzdurało sobie, że jak „hybrydowa” to coś miękkiego, tylko dezinformacja i cyberataki… Zapomnieli przy tym o słowie WOJNA. Ataki kinetyczne od zawsze były integralną częścią tej koncepcji, której istota polega na połączeniu działań niekinetycznych z kinetycznymi w sposób skoordynowany (na poziomie taktycznym i operacyjnym) by osiągnąć efekt synergii i osiągnąć cele polityczne na wszystkich szczeblach wojny.

W mojej ocenie Rosja w dalszym ciągu prowadzi wobec nas wojnę hybrydową (konsekwentnie od 2014 r.) przechodząc do kolejnych jej faz, eskalując sytuację i korzystając w coraz większym stopniu ze środków militarnych. W dalszym ciągu (mało wiarygodnie) zaprzecza swojej odpowiedzialności, prowadzi działania dywersyjno-sabotażowe za pośrednictwem proxies i rozmywa granicę między „pokojem”, a „wojną” z czym sobie zupełnie nie radzimy w zakresie odpowiedzi ze względu na nasze uwarunkowania prawne.

Skoro w końcu zdaliśmy sobie sprawę z tego, że Rosjanie prowadzą wobec nas działania wojenne (choć w dalszym ciągu poniżej progu pełnoskalowego konfliktu zbrojnego) to zacznijmy też walczyć w tej szarej strefie (grey zone), a nie tylko przyjmujemy ciosy…

I co najważniejsze… skończcie z tą „fazą zero” bo czegoś takiego w rosyjskim myśleniu strategicznym nie ma… Jeszcze do niedawna twierdziłem, że jesteśmy gdzieś między fazą 1 a 2. Obecnie jesteśmy między 2 a 3…
