@CTVVancouver # of pet allowed units is considerably low. Particularly in higher-end condos. Not discriminating against pet owners, does not mean you have to choose a pet owner as a tenant, just means we get a fair chance in line to apply. I treated my rentals as my own. That’s what ref’s R4!
@CTVVancouver Back in my renting days, the struggle was real. Yet had 10 yrs of references to speak on behalf of my perfectly trained, non shedding, quiet dog + my OCD tendencies ;) There s/b structure in place, but allowing everyone to apply, where the owner/PM decides who fits best, fairly.
