Planting a Ngunawal bush foods garden at Goorooyaroo nature reserve today with Tyronne and his son Jai from Thunderstone. Plants we planted are, yam daisy, chocolate lily, vanilla lily, salt bushes, native raspberry, kangaroo grass, red leg grass and weeping grass.

@vykion I think Eucalyptus oils are fairly widespread across the world now. Try a health shop, chemist/drug store etc. if not plenty places to buy online

@nellyobii @Kiaranicole_x @TobiRachel_ If you can access Eucalyptus oil, particularly River red gum (but any will be good) do. Few drops in boiling water towel over head breath in will open sinus and lungs. Also rub a drop or two direct on chest. infuse in infuser in house if you have one.
