YWOG is a group of PhDs and postdocs at Utrecht University which aims to enhance the work lives of the women working in the Geosciences Faculty

Although a strong focus of our group is supporting young female researchers, our overall objective is to work for and support gender equality and inclusion for all.

@UUGeo hardest, who are without a flexible social network that is able to help or don't have enough disposable income to pay babysitters on a regular basis.

But it affects everyone; some indirect, some directly
