The em dash thing is overblown. A much better AI tell is the constant “it’s not X, it’s Y” construction.

“This isn’t innovation. It’s optimization.”

“ It’s not just a product, it’s a platform.”

“That’s not confidence, that’s avoidance.”

As soon as a YouTuber starts talking like that I assume AI wrote their script 😆

Interesting to learn about the “drought” in Washington. It’s the opposite in Vegas, the local government is acting as if we have plenty of water in spite of the dwindling rainfall and doesn’t seem too concerned about the record high heat we’re experiencing early this year.
