The money you're looking for is in the soil you're standing on.
What you're seeking abroad is right in your backyard.
The day I truly understood this was the day my life turned around.
The year I graduated from university, my dream was to land a high-paying corporate job.
I got my first job, and resigned within months. Then a second, and a third, both ended the same way.
I had always had a passion for agriculture (that's how my father raised us), but my issue was the way society looks down on farmers.
To avoid being seen as a ragged, dirty farmer, I chose the office life: looking sharp in suits and ties 😅, only to earn a monthly salary that barely covered my bills.
Long story short: when I finally came to my senses, I left the city, headed to the countryside, and started my journey in agriculture, focusing mainly on oil palm farming.
Today, I can tell you that this one decision transformed my entire life.
My former colleagues who mocked me for quitting my job to farm can't earn in a full year what we now generate in a single month.
That's why it's crucial to follow your instincts and ignore others when making big life decisions.
Today, we generate substantial income and have built agriculture-based businesses that will outlive me, while many of them are struggling to keep up.
I can't share every detail here, but the key lesson is this: the money you're seeking is in the soil.
There's truly no limit to the wealth beneath the soil.
Your part is simply to start, the soil will reward your effort with abundance.

Oil palm is one of the best crops for building wealth because it requires far less intensive care and experience than seasonal crops like tomatoes.

You plant it once, wait for maturity (typically 3–4 years for the first harvest), and then it produces fruit bunches year-round for decades.
Those who start next year could begin harvesting in about 3–4 years.
But those who procrastinate and make excuses will have nothing to show for it.
That's life.
It rewards action-takers, not procrastinators.
Money is in the soil, a lot of it.
If you can produce food that people need to eat every day, you'll never struggle with money problems.
