Unconscionable is when the contract/conduct is unfair to one party in a way suggesting abuses during its formation. An absence of meaningful choice by the disadvantaged party is often used to prove unfair bargaining.

@shais_ally Yes! I believe that technology can enhance individual learning and remove educational boundaries that teachers may face. Each student interprets information differently so being up-to-date with technology will allow a student to have access to particular information.
