@vumatel Yes and still no resolution or internet after 3 days and counting. You have been just as unresponsive to our ISP. Vumatel is a useless company that doesn’t care and provides zero customer service! That should be your tag line.

@vumatel no internet/ fibre connection for 72 hours after “maintenance”! Now to be told only be reconnected 17/9. Unacceptable 😡No response from Vumatel to the ISP. 10 days without internet is not acceptable to paying customers.
