@TeslaClubWI@JamesMcPherson@tesla_na They did a good job back in JAN…it’s not the service guys that are the problem….they were great. It’s the ambiguity surrounding what’s actually wrong with the vehicle and when will a solution be found/offered…I’ve filed a service escalation with Tesla, fingers crossed.

@DaBuisneZ@JamesMcPherson@tesla_na You’re not wrong…service was great…they say their hands are tied because there is no fix…supposedly a patch is in the works, but it’s been two months already….
@JamesMcPherson@tesla_na They had the truck for a week and determined it was a firmware issue…every time I drive, it throws the error code, disables the right rear motor and throttles the speed to 55mph…was told the next update would fix it (in January)…three updates later, no joy…

For those commenting, it’s my truck he’s referring…I’m not a liar and Tesla service was initially helpful…here’s the deal…bought the truck in Nov ‘25….three weeks later, got the first error code…scheduled service, super easy and helpful.
