@ramnathshenoy22 @we_are_cult Initially, I was told the employee involved had admitted to taking a photo without consent, deleted it, and was counselled. Now, the narrative has completely changed on email and the incident is being denied altogether. The issue is no longer just the incident now.

@we_are_cult It’s been 7 days since I raised the incident. I was assured by Faisal and Akash that I’d receive updates every 24 hours, yet I’m the one constantly following up. Disappointing to see more effort in protecting an employee of misconduct than resolving a safety concern

The associate manager was extremely rude to me publicly and took my photograph without consent. No member deserves to feel humiliated or unsafe in a space they come to for their well being.

Despite raising the issue, no action has been taken yet, and honestly I no longer feel safe or comfortable going back to that gym while this person continues to work there.
