其实很多第一次经历牛市的人，都有这种冒名顶替综合征。但我给他的回答很直接：人只需要富一次

很多人觉得靠运气赚钱让人心虚，甚至觉得羞耻，这是一种对世界底层逻辑的误解。这世上每天起早贪黑、拼命努力的人太多了，为什么财富分配依然是极其残酷的 1% / 99%？因为努力只是上牌桌的底薪，决定财富量级那个巨大的乘数，永远是周期和运气。 承认这一点，不是在否定努力的价值，而是认清个人的渺小。靠运气赚到第一桶金不仅不可耻，反而是绝大多数超级个体完成阶层跃迁的唯一解

真正的分水岭，从来不在于第一桶金，而在于如何度过垃圾时间。很多人的悲剧在于，运气给的钱，非要靠实力去亏掉。为了证明自己牛逼，在没有风口的时候，在自己不懂的领域强行下重注。我的建议是，把思维切换到防守与蛰伏，但这件事确实也很难，我花了整整半年才知行合一

在下一次大周期（运气）降临之前，去学点硬技能（比如语言、AI 工具的使用），去做点有复利的小事。找一个能提供正反馈的载体，让自己觉得活着有价值。等待运气，安静地擦拭猎枪，保持绝对的敏锐。留在牌桌上，等风再起

4th year at #ETHDenver.

This was the smallest I’ve ever seen it.

Smaller venue.
Lower attendance.
Fewer founders.
Fewer VCs.
Smaller hackathon prizes.

Hackathon pool went from ~$1M in previous years to ~$120k this year — mostly backed by @base (who clearly still cares about builders, and had the largest booth)

That tells you everything.

Booths didn’t feel new.
Panels lacked heavyweights.
The main narratives?

AI agents. Robotics. Rating markets.

When the entire industry talks about the same 3 ideas, you know innovation has slowed.

In bull markets, everyone calls themselves a “builder.”
In bear markets, you see who actually is.

No more nightclub buyouts.
No more unlimited sponsor money.
Just a handful of teams still grinding.

Respect to @DogeOS for throwing the only event that actually felt alive.

My biggest realization:

There are fewer real crypto builders than we think.

But that’s not bearish.

That’s cleansing.

Bear markets are where conviction compounds.

all new tokens launched through bankr now earn more fees for agents. we removed the third-party service fee and redirected it back to the ecosystem.

what this means:
→ devs earn ~14% more per swap
→ more revenue flows back to bnkr ecosystem
→ total swap fee stays 1.2% — nothing changes for traders
→ existing tokens won't be migrated

bankr now owns the full token launch stack. this is step one. more soon
