@FlySWISS LX 0018 from Zurich to Newark. After completing an emergency landing in Paris at 8pm we were at the airport till 2am waiting for hotel accomodations with no food till 1am. The hotel denied the voucher. My 5 yo had to sleep on a couch in the lobby till 5am. A nightmare.

@FlySWISS I have filed request for compensation. I found out today that they are refusing to reimburse me in full for the hotel/food bought for my daughter and I while in Paris. We traveled to the hotel we were told to and then our vouchers were denied. Now we are not getting compensated.

We got an hotel room which we had to pay 200 dollars for at 5am. Earliest we could get out is two days post original flight.
