@postCN1 exactly, they say they hate ccp so much. their invasion created the reality we live today—their dog-like obedience to America and the subsequent rise of the CCP.
@hanminzu3 why is it always white men telling asians about their own history. one red pill moment was realizing all of the press i was reading about my homeland came from the same people who covered up epstein and genocide
@PanEastAsian@hanminzu3@7futurescapital i’d be a little okay with it if it happened to japan, also i genuinely think it’s physically impossible for it to happen to china.
there is simply too many chinese. the history of china is basically “absorbing” all the neighboring ethnicities and “turning them chinese”
@hanminzu3@PanEastAsian@7futurescapital it’s like jackie chan talking about how as china’s status in the world rises, the status of him as a chinese man rises. this applies to asians broadly speaking too, when there is a power that is on par with the US for the first time ever, asian men’s status increases too.
@202accepted@MuricanOriental it’s insane how much different it is now compared to growing up in the 2010s, i remember in specifically 2023 or 2024 it hit me how much more common AMXF couples became.
@0dongfeng i thought it was more so (still in an ignorant way):
“black people are naturally so strong! our athlete beat their athlete with a genetic ‘advantage’” instead of the inferiority thing.
and then the fact he’s also mixed japanese makes the victory extra sweet
@PanEastAsian historically china never went on colonizing overseas because they just viewed everything outside of china as obviously not as cool as inside china. they much preferred a tributary system where other nations had the “privilege” of going to china and paying tribute.
I hope Americans can respect my language, like this
你: You(masculine/general)
妳: You (feminine/taiwanese)
祢/禰: You (divine)
您: You (with respect)
侬 : You (Wu)
恁: You (Henan)
亲 :You (Taobao)
卿: You (wifely)
君: You (Watch too much period drama
@PanEastAsian i mean, if you include partial sinitic ancestry you're probably pretty close to 2 billion. many if not most south-east asians have some chinese ancestry (and to a lesser extent the rest of east asia too)
