Improving our teacher retention rate is vital to the success of our district and today's announcement from te governor will hopefully be a step in the right direction. Teachers are the lifeblood of any school and it is important that we show them our appreciation.

Governor Kemp announced today that the state of Georgia will be giving $1000 bonus to teachers and educational staff before 2023 is done.

This bonus will goto over 300,000 employees.
