Stressing about the upcoming year. Teaching two grade levels, one of which is tested and I have never taught. I believe I was sent a message tonight that gives me hope and confidence that I know to do what’s best for my students.

Don’t let another moment go by without telling someone the impact they’ve had on your life, big or small. Send a text, call, write a note, walk down the hall and tell them...let them know.
So many of us are walking around without realizing our impact.
And knowing it is FUEL.
Great educators are not defined by the test scores they generate or the programs they implement. I think their greatness is found in the hundreds of little interactions they have with students every day. They are what will be remembered. They are what make a difference for kids.
