@SHINTAB_44@CarapaceCarrier Well, if you keep throwing bodies at the problems some of them are bound to be solved. I do not think he is a horrible commander, just a very mid one.
@SHINTAB_44@CarapaceCarrier Well, commanding forces of your native people on one planet and commanding forces for a galactic war is quite different things. He does not have the temperament for it.
@CarapaceCarrier@SHINTAB_44 There is literally a Clone Wars episode where Grievous is captured and Sidious orders Dooku to mount a rescue operation, because he is paramount to his plans. Pretty sure it's not because of his tactical genius.
@Pandinus___@SHINTAB_44 I don't remember anywhere being stated that Grievous is competent on screen. Even in the ROTS, the first description we get of him is that of a coward, who constantly runs away.
@SHINTAB_44 It's actually insane how many people don't understand that Grievous was chosen as Supreme Commander of CIS forces precisely because of his combination of being brutal beyond all reason, while being barely competent. Maximum war crimes, minimum actual victories.
@mezonsartrepo@Quicksilver2D I actually liked that part, it made Ashoka much more human and concluded the thread of her being attracted to him in the past.
@IvantheShrimp@spl_joshi@Rechardart Did you not read the part when it says that many mages are able to conceive the child and therefore must be sterilized by other means?
