体位写过几期，点击率最高的当属劳斯莱斯那一篇，不愧是公认排名第一的体位。但今天介绍的寝バック，也就是俯卧后入，实用性也是不遑多让，我个人认为可以在全体位中排第二。

这个体位很流行，在各路小视频中经常看到，说不定你也用过。动作很简单，女方俯卧在床上，双腿伸直，略微分开一点就好。男方跨骑在女方屁股微笑线处，从后方插入。男方可以坐在女方身上，比较省力，身体重量还可以限制女体移动，双手可以扶着女方屁股输出，也可以增加一点控制力，按住女方肩膀或者拉住女方双手。这是完全由男方占据主导的体位，女方无路可逃，无论高潮多少次也只能等男方输出完毕。

寝バック还是一个夹腿友好型体位。有些女生习惯于夹腿自慰，久而久之只能通过夹腿高潮（放心，这是可以纠正的），如果不夹腿，即使刺激阴蒂也很难高潮。寝バック可以让女方伸直双腿，绷紧肌肉，作为夹腿的代替。

但要玩这个体位也需要一些条件，首选女方阴道口要偏向肛门侧，也就是所说的下付型（放心，国人大部分都是这种类型），这样才有合适的插入角度。为了便于进入，可以在女方胯骨下方垫一个小圆枕，或者干脆让女方稍微撅起屁股，但是她可能没法坚持太久。

其次女方屁股上的肉多少会阻挡插入的深度，如果瘦一点，可以获得较深的插入，G点、A点、宫颈和后穹窿都有机会得到刺激。如果略胖的话呢，就最好是主攻G点，也是比较好的体验。如果再胖一点，那就需要男方有个长度可观的武器了。男方如果比较胖也会有类似的影响，所以最适合双方都比较苗条的场合。

男方的动作要稳定，这个角度可以刺激到很多敏感点，但是如果不确定对方宫颈可以承受撞击，就不要乱顶。一个选择是上到下斜刺，可以给整个阴道前壁强大的压力，G点到A点双重刺激，女方这时多半都会潮吹，当然你没办法看见，只能感觉到每插一下都有一股热流。另一个选择是慢慢地水平进入，如果你阴茎前端上翘，可以尝试拨开宫颈进入后穹窿，进入之后不必再出来，小幅抽插或者上下摇摆都可以送她上天。如果你确认她的宫颈没有痛感或者快感压制了痛感，那你可以放开手脚狂乱打桩了，多点刺激可以带来意想不到的快感。
