@medeabenjamin The answer comes only from the Cuban people every night they protest asking for freedom. That’s their answer! The only legitimate answer!
The surge of leftism with Marxism as its core ideology with the Cuban regime at the head of the organizational, social reach, and propagandist strategies have been silently carving the heart of American foundational values for decades. Only now we see the result of such insidious but relentless project. While the US has often fallen for the regime’s victimhood rhetoric, deeming the regime incompetent or underestimating them, they have been playing their game behind the curtain. They are the head of the snake! And finally there’s a Secretary of State in the US who sees them for what they are, a threat!
The US universities are flooded with Marxist ideology, usually disguised as social fairness and justice. I stand witness of this! While many Cuban-Americans like myself can easily distinguish the fallacy, the majority of the students (and teachers) who haven’t been exposed to a hard core communist rule, easily fall for it. Remove the head of the snake (Cuban regime) and remove/prohibit the Marxist propaganda from US universities with the same tenacity you prohibit pro-Nazism content.
You are lying to the American people! The death, the suffering, the misery, the repression that the Cuban people have endured for 67 years have been brought upon them only by the tyranny you are so vehemently defending. The regime’s rule needs to end! Cubans have to be free! And you and everyone who defends the tyranny need to be ashamed of themselves!
The Cuban myth is a pillar to gullible idiots like this lady. Another reason to dismantle the murderous, deceiving regime permanently. For too long their influence have penetrated the US classrooms, have diminished many American’s opinions of this great country, and now their anti-US rhetoric has also penetrated congress. Excuse my French; as a Cuban borne this is as outrageous and infuriating as it is alarming.
Respectfully, that’s what they wanted you to see. My mother was treated for schizophrenia for 20 years, with no testing done, only to find out, when she almost died, that she had a front lobe meningioma. And as extra data; she didn’t die because i paid with hard currency to get everything done for her. And that’s just a speck of dust compared to what i have witnessed first hand. The rest is pure propaganda!
Negative. The kind of -ism determines: if private businesses are supported/allowed, if people are encouraged to innovate, if there’s competition that results in products improvements, if there’s a tax policy that’s affordable to the company, if there are minimum government regulations, if the nationals get to enjoy the product at a massive scale, if anyone can own shares, if the workers are rightfully compensated for their merits and not stripped of their hardly earned money through heavy taxation or disproportionate inflation, and of course, who gets paid. Communism pays the big bills only to the ruling ideological elites. Only under capitalism all those outcomes are positive.
It’s not a matter of “if”; it’s a matter of “when”. If America doesn’t act immediately, we’ll be overrun by communist thugs very soon. This is not a partisan issue; it hasn’t been for years. But democrats have been too blind to see it and republicans have been too proud to notice it. Communism is a plague that spreads swiftly. It’s a master of deception that camouflages with attractive colors to attract and devour its pray. The paramount stronghold of capitalist power and liberty it’s at peril and it takes an entire nation to defeat this persistent enemy.
