8 years ago the world urged Ukraine to seek diplomacy. What happened ?

Russia flooded Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea with troops and claimed them as their own.

Russia isn’t keen on ‘Diplomacy’.
While you try to negotiate, they try to conquer. Diplomacy isn’t an option.
