Over the last few days, children have taken home invites to @Seesaw, which is our online learning journal. We’ll be using this more over the next few months and it’s a great way to see what’s happening in class (and obviously the amazing work we’re producing 😏) 1/2
As part of our creative curriculum, we have been learning about World War One and in particular, the Chorley pals and the sacrifice they made.

We’re celebrating the end of another busy half term with chocolate brownies and a film. We’re watching ‘Holes’, which has been our class novel for the last few weeks - I wonder if the film’s as good as the book 🧐 #LoveReading#teamwork#happyhalfterm
As part of our Angry Earth topic, we’ve been exploring how to capture an eruption in the style of Jackson Pollock. Today, we’ve researched his style and created our own versions of some of his famous paintings #abstractart#jacksonpollock#expressionism
As part of our new Come and See topic of ‘Unity’, we have been creating these pictures...but we’re not sure why yet? Any guesses 😏🧐 #ComeandSee#unity#united#teamwork
