@blaystweets @allishastarr He paid what he believed was the agreed upon price, if you go to a store and pay the price the register rings up, then the owner of the store comes up to you saying “oh it’s actually more, hand over the money please”, then it’s fair to return the product and ask for a refund.

@allishastarr Except you did agree to the price he paid, you gave him the model after he paid. While I can understand a down payment not being refundable, the price he paid was not said to be a down payment but the agreed upon rate for your services

@allishastarr Except you gave him the model, after he paid for it. That’s an agreement to the price from both parties. Even so he doesn’t even want to use your models anymore, he just wants a refund since you’re demanding he stop using what he paid for.
