@SwiggyCares this is regard to my recent order, i was delivered spoiled food, the smelled sour and paneer was spolied. The chat section says to write a mail and they will revert in 24-48h. Is this how you solve grievances. order id 234974153984932
UPDATE - the Insurance Ombudsman has upheld my stance and ordered the company to pay the damages. the process is utterly smooth and hassle-free. Just one hearing and justice is delivered, although I'd be more happy if compensation was awarded. thanks CIO Patna

This isn't "performative nationalism"; it is Realpolitik. If a neighbor wants the benefits of friendly ties (IPL contracts), they must ensure friendly behavior. India is right to prioritize the safety of its borders over the "spirit of the game." 🇮🇳 (5/5)
Respectfully dissent with @ShashiTharoor on his IE column regarding the IPL ban. While the liberal ideal of separating sport from politics is noble, in 2024, it is strategically naive. We cannot afford to treat the IPL as a sacrosanct bubble immune to geopolitical reality. (1/5)
You mentioned Meritocracy. But merit cannot stand without ethics. If the environment producing talent is facilitating genocide or anti-India hostility, we have no moral obligation to reward it. The innocent individual argument falters when National Security is at stake. (4/5)

The surveyor’s belief that visible impact is necessary for indemnification is factually and legally incorrect.
Requesting @LibertyInsIndia to review this claim fairly, and @IRDAI_India to ensure surveyors are trained on correct policy interpretation.

@LibertyGILtd rejected my motor claim (Policy No. 2011400601248XXXX, Claim No. 40060120112511XXXXX) saying “no external impact,” ignoring that motor insurance covers losses from accidental external means — not just visible impact. @IRDAI_India
The Supreme Court (Rajesh Kumar v National Insurance Co Ltd, 2024) clarified: if an external accident sets in motion internal failure, the claim is payable.
The cause here was external — a pothole impact — hence covered under “accidental external means.”

@unacademy promised resolution for Ticket ID 6281506 within 72 hrs on July 22. That deadline has passed — still no answer. UGRC, NCH, Legal — all avenues exhausted.
If this is how you treat paying learners, I’ll be forced to go public legally. #ConsumerGrievance#UGRC
@TeamUnacademy@TeamUnacademy you have shared nothing my friend. Provide with the explanation I'm seeking instead spelling mistakes and template responses
@TeamUnacademy Shall I now share a recording where the faculty announces retirement, @TeamUnacademy uses that to sell a different plan, and then the same faculty returns with a new batch — but learners are asked to pay extra to access him again. Profiteering, isn't it ?
@TeamUnacademy@TeamUnacademy please read before responding. I understand the desperation to dispose queries but template responses don't always fit in. Provide with asked information and relevant corrections please.
