Shri Dharmendra Pradhan is one of the finest public servants I know. He cares deeply about the youth of this nation, and particularly about rural students. We have had many discussions on how to better skill our rural youth.
I am sad to see him resign. He has put the nation above self, and my respect for him is even greater now.
Thank you for your service Pradhan-ji, please keep fighting the good fight 🙏

If you’ve ever felt lost, distanced from yourself, remember that every day your life is sending you clues as to who you really are and what you are meant for. Watch closely each day for your red threads, and weave them into contribution. In the weaving, you will find yourself.
Silence, just sometimes is golden. Silence in excess is no good. Its interpretation can be taken any which way and more often, conveniently so. #OfficeTruths
We are aware of a recency effect at the time of appraisals. There are some managers who are aware of this and are forgiving team members of small mistakes, and treat them with grace. Something that will remembered long after – the ‘decency’ effect. #OfficeTruths
Presentation anxiety! If you are about to give speech/presentation & have conquered “presentation anxiety,” cancel speech/presentation. If no presentation anxiety, you are on verge of giving a shitty speech. I suffer from extreme presentation anxiety—if it goes away, I’ll retire.
Giving feedback should not be difficult, and yet it is. At least meaningful feedback. Something that makes one sit up, agree to take actions, and start in right earnest. #OfficeTruths
In the most difficult of situations there is sometimes a person who comes out of the blue to help you and moves away. Take a moment to thank that person. Post that conversation, you would keep smiling, as would that person too. #OfficeTruths
When you say things in a neutral tone that is non-threatening, you are more likely to be listened to. Of course there are situations where emotions is to be expressed. The wisdom is to know when. #OfficeTruths
