It fixes a long standing FIXME where yield used outside a coroutine would silently infer to an error type.
Changes include:
- Added a dedicated YieldOutsideCoroutine inference diagnostic.
- Emitted the diagnostic during type inference.
- Exposed it through HIR Added IDE support.

Today my intern ended at SFIO.
Worked on backend.

Jetty: Universal compliance router for Token-2022. You can configure transfer hooks for your token mint instantly and easily via a frontend.
