I sent one priority shipment from Surat to Mumbai on 1st July. And that parcel is in Hyderabad right now, and now it's returning to mumbai. When I called customercare, they said this parcel is on miss rout. Is this why dtdc charges extra money for priority shipment? @DTDCIndia

@DTDCIndia I sent one priority shipment from Surat to Mumbai right that the parcel is in Hyderabad. I paid extra charges for priority dilevery, is this why they charge high? customercare is like a parcel on missrout and cut the call nonsense. My client frustrated on me because of this.
