40 days ago, Museveni yet again usurped the will of the people of Uganda and declared himself winner of a sham election on gunpoint. The military continues to surround and occupy my home. Museveni’s criminal son continues to issue threats against me and other Ugandans opposed to his father's illegitimate rule. Yesterday, they did the unthinkable and blocked prayers at Lubaga Cathedral. Amidst all this, I am sending this message to all of us to continue being resilient and exercise the highest level of faith that our country will be free. I thank every Ugandan who has protected me from the evil criminals over the past 40 days.

Left with nothing to offer, regime thugs have been going ahead of us, trying to bribe, demobilise and intimidate our people not to attend our events. RDCs, DISOs and 'presidential' advisors who should be civil servants have turned themselves into tools of these evil manoeuvres.

In Rwampara the RDC told the boda-boda riders that whoever attended our rally would no longer be allowed to operate within the district. In Rubaare, Ntungamo, they gathered many youths from the ghettos promising them money, and held them at some gardens until we finished our rally. Of course several of them defied and still showed up.

Now, here is this woman, a presidential advisor, asking the young people of Kabale not to receive an 'artiste'. She doesn't seem to understand that the people must have a right to receive and listen to all candidates and then make a decision on who to support. Of course, the joke is on her. Keep recording these criminals and exposing them. They will individually and collectively account for this abuse.

What should concern the citizens more is that the money used in all these despicable actions is public money which should be fixing roads and ensuring that we have medicine in hospitals.

A technical team has been sweeping our offices since yesterday to try and establish what the goons might have planted at our offices. While it's difficult to establish, at this point, the full extent of damage, yesterday a GPS tracking device was found hidden behind the light of one of the vehicles we left at the premises, while in my office, they found a small camera and another gadget, the purpose of which we are yet to establish. Sadly, we also found things that looked like fetishes (ebyawongo) hidden under the carpet. As the teams continue to do their work with diligence, we remain unmoved because of the justness of our cause and the correctness of our mission. WE SHALL CERTAINLY OVERCOME.

I am grateful to you comrades in the UK for coming out to protest against the continuing abductions, illegal arrests, murders and other forms of repression and human rights violations in our country.

I am also humbled by your gesture in adding your voices against my unfair ban from the UK for over 10 years now.

Thankfully, our legal team has since made very good progress with the Home Office. As the UK hosts a very big Ugandan diaspora community, I am very hopeful that I will soon be able to travel to the UK and join you all.

Unfortunately our Charity Concert in Dubai has been cancelled! The venue owner has been instructed to cancel. The information available shows Ugandan authorities have been working tooth and nail to ensure it doesn't happen! The first attempt was to deny me entry, and now this!

In Dubai to perform at a charity concert to assist some of the Ugandan immigrant workers. Been held at the airport for almost 10 hours, being interrogated mostly about NUP! My phone and passport have now been returned. Hopefully things go as planned. Will give an update. Thanks
