So apparently the paper bags at @GreggsOfficial don't actually hold your food. My pizza legit fell out of the bottom. As in the bag came apart where it should have been glued together.

I took it back but the manager couldn't be bothered. Just told the cashier that they couldn't replace it or do anything for me. I also asked about logging a complaint (even if it's just about quality checks) but apparently there's no process for that.
