My fiancé is an Emergency Medicine provider.

His shifts are 12 hours. He regularly works 14+. Extra hours are unpaid.
He gets no lunch breaks.
No pee breaks.
No PTO.
Puts in hours of home work each week (unpaid).
They ask for a 6 month quit notice.

Another surgeon asked me to go get his patient’s pre op paperwork despite the fact that 1. I was dressed in scrubs with my name & title, identical to his which only the surgeons wear 2. I was wearing my ID 3. I was speaking to my OWN patient in the pre op area about their surgery
