This boy was diagnosed with #DVD #CAS in January aged 6.He is not receiving any #SLT
I'm disgusted & doing everything to help his mum. His school even said he won't get a EHCP for JUST speech 😡 It is & will never be JUST speech.
#CAS will not improve on its own!!

Wow! Observed a valve change for a man with a total laryngectomy this morning. So grateful to the highly specialist ENT SLT who invited me and provided me a fantastic whistle stop tour of head and neck SLT! A brilliant therapist, and a brilliant teacher. #mysltday
