Got a simple ACT policy running on the So101 using Lerobot. Great start to the spring break!!!
1) As a person who loves electronics, never been easier to code & try robotics.
2) Really makes you appreciate the demos shared by @Figure_robot, @SkildAI, & other robotic companies!
the blue origin explosion briefly forces people to remember what the baseline actually is.
rockets aren’t supposed to feel like commercial aviation.
they feel that way because spacex spent years turning an extraordinary event into an ordinary one.
@neurosp1ke This is amazing, thanks for sharing this!
Would love to chat and learn how you set up the autoresearch. What was your experiment configuration?
Did it also try NVFP4?
Chris @chris_j_paxton and @DJiafei have a no-bullshit approach to robotics interviews that's still refreshing and polite--in this interview with my cofounder @kaandogrusoz and generally
Highly recommend you give Robopapers a follow for high-signal robotics deep-dives every week
Our newest model, π0.7, has some interesting emergent capabilities: it can control a new robot to fold shirts for which we had no shirt folding data, figure out how to use an appliance with language-based coaching, and perform a wide range of dexterous tasks all in one model!
When we first turned on these robots in the warehouse, the model was behaving in such an odd way and the success rates had dropped a decent bit.
Naturally, we thought of the typical culprits:
• It’s out of distribution
• We need in-warehouse post-training
• We need to think of domain shift robustness approaches for the future
Turns out, the left and right cameras were swapped! We flipped the cameras and went back to perfect performance. Our model had become so robust from pretraining that we couldn’t even tell it was seeing the world through wrong eyes!

🚨 We're giving roboticists a major upgrade to their vision systems!
Today, we announced the launch of the @Stereolabs3D ZED X Nano: a compact, wrist-mount stereo camera engineered for the next generation of robotic manipulation.
“Building on Stereolabs leadership in AI vision and perception solutions, the ZED X Nano allows us to go deeper into the industrial and robotics markets to win new sockets that require smaller form-factor placements,” said Ouster CEO Angus Pacala.
Releasing one of our *largest* robotics project yet in the open
We collected and annotated hours of clothes folding with open-arms and collaborators.
We then explored how to train the best clothes folding robotic model for bimanual setups.
And now we're releasing it all fully in the open: data, code, models, software, explorations, learnings, you name it
Enjoy, play with it, use these learnings and share yours!
PS: the hub is increasingly *the* place where robotics data is being shared and used, come take a look if you haven't yet. Robotics data has been our fastest growing dataset category by far over the past few months.
essa cena sem dúvidas foi uma das melhores experiências cinematográficas da minha vida. eu genuinamente fiquei de queixo caído assistindo
