Hey, welcome in!
I’m a Tactical Doberman Vtuber!
just a guy who enjoys FPS games, guns, and talking about whatever topics are worth discussing. If you’re into games, tactical stuff, or just looking for a place to hang out and chat, stick around and have a good time.
In other news: I’ve been playing a LOT of WARDOGS with some homies lately, and honestly, I’m really enjoying the hell out of it.
The more I play it, the more I start wondering if this might actually be a better direction for large-scale FPS games than Battlefield. WARDOGS feels like it actually wants the battlefield to be a sandbox. You’re not just running to an objective, shooting people, dying, and respawning—you’ve got vehicles, logistics, fortifications, different roles, a cash economy, and actual reasons to work with your squad. Even supporting your team can matter just as much as farming kills.
And that's what I think Battlefield has been missing for me. Battlefield still has the spectacle, but WARDOGS gives the chaos more purpose. It sits in this really interesting middle ground between Battlefield’s accessibility and Arma’s tactical sandbox without going completely hardcore.
Is it perfect? Absolutely not. It’s still Early Access and there are definitely things that need work. But playing WARDOGS with friends has been giving me those “holy shit, remember when that happened?” moments that I actually want from a large-scale military shooter.
I’m not saying WARDOGS kills Battlefield, but I honestly think it might be showing a better direction for where these games could go.
As a final farewell, Halo Studios just dropped a load of concept art on Zeta Halo that's seemingly from their now scrapped Halo 7...
Infinity crash site ("Helms Deep"), The Endless, a Forerunner stone city, Ancient ruins and more 😭
They should've done Campaign DLC man, we were fkn robbed: https://t.co/I7TOIna7PV
I am very much a huge fan. I built my first Reach armor recently and it took the span of about 2 months using both 3D print and Foam crafting media.
@Halo
We will most likely not have any interactions with the industry. It’ll be another “here is what we got” “we “listened” to you and so we answered”
And then spur garbage we actually did not ask for.
So as fans of Halo.... are we literally left now for 2-3 years till we hear anything about the franchise? Will activision do anything at halo fest? Will they have a community-facing team to interact with the community etc?
