No service technicians to visit in a city like Mumbai and you want the customer to send the product to your repair center to test it

The conductor seemed confused when I presented my Mumbai1 card. He says it's the first time he's seen it and he was further confused on how to debit it. Eventually "trial and error" and he being in a good mood saved the evening!

@rajtoday @mid_day @LocalPressCo @mumbaimatterz The last mile connectivity by BEST sucks. Travelled from Gundavli to Kandarpada in 40 minutes and then waited for A240 for another 40 minutes from 07:40PM to 08:20 PM.
