A group of activists, including farmers, were arrested in 2024 for trying to protect the Nana Atronsu Stream from illegal mining. They were denied both police and court bail and spent five nights behind bars before eventually being granted bail. Since then, the case has been met with adjournment after adjournment, with little apparent progress. #StopGalamseyNow

They made a massive spectacle of Christina Koch orbiting the Moon because of a simple exchange programme at UG, yet thousands of children in their own constituencies are learning in conditions unfit for any human being.

The children of every MP and MMDCE must attend public schools within the jurisdiction they preside over. This must become law.

Ghana is an unjust state.

It does violence to its citizens.
No matter how you look at it, these kids are denied a fair share of resources and may forever be denied the opportunity to compete on an equal footing with others.

This is an injustice. Such a society and its government deserve to be overthrown if that will restore a better share of resources.

Look at how the BBC frames it. "If the people want me to have a third term, I will accept." Like it's a humble offer. Like the people are begging him.

But here is what the headline leaves out.

Tshisekedi is already serving his second term. The DRC constitution limits the president to two terms. What he is suggesting is an illegal power grab dressed up as democracy.

And why does the BBC soften this? Because Tshisekedi is their man. He plays nice with Western mining companies. He keeps cobalt flowing to your electric cars. He does not expel your diplomats.

When a leader in Mali or Burkina Faso talks about extending terms, the BBC calls it a coup or a regression. When a Western-backed leader does it, the headline is gentle. "He may consider."

Same continent. Same violation of term limits. Different framing.

That is not journalism. That is propaganda with a British accent.
