Twice now I have ordered a hat scarf and gloves set from @Matalan and twice I have had problems! Firstly I receive a dress (?!) and now I receive an incomplete set without the gloves. The nearest click & collect is over 20 miles away! I either want a refund or replacement ASAP!!

@piersmorgan My husband is being forced to work (gas engineer/plumber) by his boss & told that if he decides to stay home because we have an asthmatic (therefore high risk) 4yr old & a 2yr old, he will have to take it as unpaid leave. He is the main provider for our house.. Im petrified.
