A lack of communication brings overthinking to the surface, leading to a more complex picture of any situation. Practicing communication can take time, of course, but it will lead to better relationships.

Conflict and misunderstanding are natural parts of every relationship, so if we seek a long-lasting connection, we must anticipate the need for effective communication.

We always ask ourselves: "Is it worth it for me to enter this battle?" But once you wisely choose what truly deserves your effort and energy, you will never feel regret. Choose your battles carefully, for wisdom in choice is the path to success.

most ppl don’t realize that early investments, whether in money, skills, relationships, or ideas require conviction before the payoff is clear. that means tons of discomfort, likely social resistance, & extreme self doubt.

lots crave validation, not solitude in the unknown.

Why you should talk to strangers
