@AbdullahKlaah بناء على اخر توصيات منظمة السكر الامريكية، لا يوجد توصية لإستخدام فيتامين ب12 مع الميتفورمين كوقاية، الا اذا كان فيه نقص مؤكد بالتحليل.
يوصى بتحليل المرضى سنويًا للتأكد اذا كان فيه نقص او لا.

@drjoharji1 اعتقد يرجع السبب ان الفورسيجا اغلى لأنه يستخدم لمرضى اكثر وعنده موافقة في ال HF و CKD حتى لو المريض ماعنده سكر 🧐

@Saudi_Pharma_07 Anticholinergics can delay the gastric emptying and can cause constipation, and oral KCl is contraindicated in this situation. Oral KCl can cause irritation and ulcer formation if it stays longer time in the GIT.
