@flymepegasusdes I will not fly with them again and I urge anyone else travelling not to. In this short message I can not go into specific details but the customer service are not helpful and the staff are rude and give misinformation. They have no interest in guest satisfaction

[Yazzi Sabs @YazziSabs]

@HMRCcustomers can you provide me with a postal address or other means of contact to clarify as to the amount received

[Yazzi Sabs @YazziSabs]

@HMRCcustomers just spent 30 minutes on hold to get through to someone who then dropped my call. Absolutely ridiculous.

Trying to get information update on tax relief for employment expenses and have had no update.

Don't make it easy , unless of course you want money paid!

[Yazzi Sabs @YazziSabs]

@HMRCcustomers I think so as I can not see an exact date on my personal tax account site. I do however see a tax calculation for 6 apr 2021 - 5 apr 2022 where I have received a tax refund. Would this refund be a result of the claim I made for employment expenses?

[Yazzi Sabs @YazziSabs]

@HMRCcustomers Hi thanks for your reply. I have tried logging in but there is nothing there to tell me what amount of refund I have received on the expenses if any which is what I would like to know? I can only see an email dating back to 26 oct 22 with a ref no. for my claim for tax relief
