@TMobileHelp, even your Executive Social Media Care team sucks. Your Technical support can't solve my problems. You treat your customers like garbage. You don't pay attention to the information given you. You communicate using standard messages which mean nothing. #TMobile
Here we go again T-Mobile. A week ago a member of your Executive Social Media Care team went into a meeting for an hour, while trying to solve my problem, and was supposed to get back in touch and I have heard nothing. So impolite and incompetent. My phone still does not work.
@TMobileHelp, your tech support in Ecuador is still a disaster! My phone still does not work. This has been going on for nearly a year now. I pay you every month and get no service. Stop making excuses and solve my problem. #TMobile#Ecuador#NoService"
@TMobileHelp, your Ecuador tech support remains a disaster! On 3/2/23 your ineffective techies wasted several hours of my time before escalating it to a higher level and I have yet to hear back. I keep paying you monthly and get no service. #TMobile#Ecuador#NoService"
"Hey @TMobileHelp, your call & texting support in Ecuador is a complete disaster! I've spent endless hours with tech support & so have many others. We need a solution ASAP! #TMobile#Ecuador#NoService"
@AmazonHelp His only suggestion was for me to open a new account and for that I do not need a telephone. I haveAmazon Associate product links to that account on my website which is a business site for over 15 years. I DO NOT WANT A NEW ACCOUNT.
Amazon Customer Service Sucks. I don't want to change my Amazon ID because Amazon cannot change my two-step authentication process. https://t.co/taj0MuDVHu
@AmazonHelp After talking to your representative at that member it turns out that two-step authentication is not turned on for my account but my account was locked and Amazon is sending me a code by telephone to unlock and refuses to send the code by email.
@AmazonHelp How do I access an account that calls for two step verification using my cell if the phone no longer works??? What is a registered backup method in your instructions "Before you begin account recovery, try to sign in with a registered backup method or from a trusted device."
@AmazonHelp When I follow the instructions it asks me to sign into my account and sends the code to the same telephone that I am having problems with. Why don't you try your own instructions before sending already frustrated customers on a wild goose chase???
