I was talking with ebay customer service and they literally hung up on me.

2 year account 2,989 feedbacks, 99.6% positive, selling privileges have been permanently restricted

@eBay @eBay Your AI is incorrectly flagging our listings as prohibited and resulted in our selling privlegaes being revoked. We have painstakingly reviewed the ebay product policies but this does not matter if the AI you are using is not accurate.

We received product violations (which were not violations according to your written product policy). We appealed each one and successfully won these appeals. The violations that we did not win, we should have one and they were identical to listings we won appeals on.
