๐จBREAKING: Ron DeSantis is delivered BAD news as the oldest Black intercollegiate fraternity in the country PULLS its 2025 convention out of Florida.
The Convention in Orlando was expected to generate several million dollars for the state.
The fraternity says itโs leaving for one simple reason:
Gov. Ron DeSantis' "harmful, racist, and insensitive policies against the Black Community."
Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, which was founded in 1906 whose membership includes civil rights leaders Martin Luther King Jr. and Thurgood Marshall, announced the convention's relocation from Orlando on Wednesday.
"Although we are moving our convention from Florida, Alpha Phi Alpha will continue to support the strong advocacy of Alpha brothers and other advocates fighting against the continued assault on our communities in Florida by Gov. Ron DeSantis, the fraternity's General President Dr. Willis L. Lonzer III, said in a statement.
Florida continues to lose MILLIONS of dollars in canceled events and conventions.
At least SIX high profile events have been cancelled in recent months.
Looks like Ron DeSantis f*cked around and found out!
Does he deserve it?
Liz Cheney: "The single most important thing for the country is Donald Trump canโt be anywhere near the Oval Office again." Amen. #NeverTrump

Those who are frantically trying to come up with defenses for Trump by claiming the Presidential Records Act allows him to keep whatever the heck he wants, are absolutely wrong.
The very specific reason that the Presidential Records Act was created was because President Richard Nixon sought to destroy records relating to his presidential tenure upon his resignation in 1974.
In 1978, Congress decided that this couldn't happen ever again so it passed the act, declaring that all future presidential records were public property and were to be transferred to NRA following the end of an administration.
National security documents are not deemed to be "personal property" of a President. The government decides what belongs to them, not anyone else. The Presidential Records Act also doesn't give a former president the right to defy government subpoenas, flood servers with pool water to eliminate security footage after the footage was subpoenaed, or share classified documents that he specifically admits are "classified," with people who don't have clearances.
Hi! My name is Chris Mowrey! Iโm a 21 Gen-Z liberal. Iโm very passionate about how terrible the Trump moment has been for America.
The disinformation campaign that has lead to elections being contested, our democracy being threatened, and women losing rights, has led me down a path of working on campaigns and being vocal on social media.
Gen-Zers are often seen as lazy and dramatic. However, I realized that this generation has gifts that will lead to the revitalization of this country. And I know we wonโt shut up about things that matter to us.
I have a podcast with Harry Sisson, another Gen-Z advocate, called Chris and Harry Unplugged. We talk politics in a laid back fashion. Itโd mean a lot if you could check it out. I appreciate the hell out of all the non Gen-Zers who care about our generation.

@SlopeRocker @PalmerReport I hear you on that front. But the seriousness of the crimes. How many folks are walking free after being charged with stealing, retaining and refusing to return TSC documents?
"We went to Walmart today, and my nephew Lakken happens to see an elderly man that was having a hard time shopping and finding things due to him not being able to lift his head up and see straight.
He can see the ground and barely the sides of him, so thatโs when my nephew Lakken looks at me and goes, โAunt Ry can I please help him?โ I said, โYes.โ
My nephew went up to the man and asked him if he would like some help. His eyes lit up and said, โWell, yes that would be amazing young man, thank you so much.โ Lakken was running all over the place for this man and he was so happy.
The man told us he hasnโt had help in years, and he was so happy he ran into an amazing smart young man like Lakken!
I was so proud of him! Lakken went and helped him check out and bag his stuff as well and had them call the show bus. The man tried to tip Lakken and my nephew said, โOh thank you but I donโt need this. I enjoyed helping you, you keep your moneyโ. Iโm beyond proud of my nephew Lakken.
You donโt see or get many people, let alone children, who do these things for people.โ

You will go down in history as the most spineless self serving Speaker and traitor to the values of the American people.
To keep your position of Speaker, you are happy to be the whipping boy of the Freedumb Caucus, and slave to the most vulgar racist hate vomiting woman ever to sit in Congress.
Your war on a man who has brought this country back from the brink of economic disaster, will go down as the biggest political miscalculation in US history.
Wrap up warm Mr Speaker, the political wilderness beckons and itโs a cold dark lonely place.
.@Admiral1868, your assertion is misplaced. Joe Biden's net worth is estimated at around $8-$9 million, mostly accumulated from book deals and speaking fees over his long public service tenure. Key aspects include:
His two Delaware homes, valued at about $4 million, and cash plus investments of a similar sum, along with a federal pension exceeding $1 million.
The primary source of his wealth is real estate, coupled with a mix of investments.
Starting from a $42,500 Senate salary in 1973, his earnings escalated to $169,300 by 2009, $230,700 as VP, and $400,000 currently as president.
Trump took $250 Million from you when he left office for his "defense fund" to pay his personal bills. Go lie elsewhere.
