19 years ago this day Gurgen Margaryan,a lieutenant in the Armenian army, was axe murdered in his sleep, in Budapest,by Ramil Safarov, a lieutenant in the Azerbaijani army. In 2012, Safarov was extradited to Azerbaijan and was heroized&pardoned by Aliyev for his actions!
