The air conditioning system did not work so we're in here "cooking" then to make matters worse a BUG fell from the ceiling and the manager acted like it didn't phase him not one bit. Then didn't want to compensate for the inconvenience.

The location in Cedar Hill, Tx closed at 10:30pm we didn't get everything straightened out until almost 10pm giving us 30 mins to eat. How is that enough time to eat and enjoy family for a celebration when you're feeling rushed?

... mainly the customer service. We had a reservation for 8pm, didn't get seated until 8:30pm, then took forever to get waited on, placed our drink orders about 3 of those were wrong, placed our orders (finally), and as you guessed they took forever too!
