The problem in America is that government - at every level - is not limited by any rules in practice.

That means government power is totally arbitrary - the very definition of why the founders fought a long, bloody war to free themselves from the British.

So the solution is that government must be given rules - (constitution) and slapped back in that box by the people themselves - when it goes beyond them.
