In Ghaziabad’s Indirapuram area near Hindon Barrage, Mayor Sunita Dayal stopped two children who were riding a bicycle carrying a sack. She accused them of carrying beef and planning to throw it into the Hindon River, though no evidence was shown. The mayor then called the police and asked them to take the children into custody.
