This afternoon we had choosing time with playdough, colouring, Lego and iPads. We ended a fabulous year with a movie and popcorn! Good luck to all the amazing and special children in year 1 wagtails 23/24! We are proud of you all 🥰

We loved our animal experience on wednesday, we learned about the animal habitats diet and how they are adapted for their environment 🐋

This afternoon we designed and made our own fruit kebabs in D. T. We made a class pictogram of our favourite fruits, the winner was strawberries!

As we didn’t have the hot Spanish weather today, we had fun dancing in our rhythmic movement breaks! #shakirashakira

We had a fantastic day in year 1 celebrating all things Spanish as part of our geography day! We learned how to count in Spanish, Spanish phrases, we tasted tapas dishes and paella, we had a go at flamenco dancing 💃 and learned about the culture and the country. 🇪🇸

Tomorrow is Geography Day! This will be based around the Euros 2024! In year 1 we will be learning about Spain! 🇪🇸 We will be taking part in lots of different activities throughout the day! Stay tuned for all the fun and action 💃
